Kosovo's Fushe official charged with corruption declared innocent

“I don't feel guilty at all”, stated the accused Ibrahim, following reading the indictment by prosecutor Zeqaj.

Judge Mame Bytyqi has informed the accused Abraham and his defender, lawyer Hamdi Ibrahim that they have the right to demand an act of impeachment and an objection to evidence by May 2, 2023.

According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act compiled on 24 January 2022, Latif Ibrahimi is accused of being an official at the Civil State Office at the Kosovo Administration Directorate has marked false data in his birth motherbook on June 8, 2005 for the N.A. person.

While according to the indictment, the same, on March 7, 2017, has recorded it in the electronic system in the central registry in order to enable it to obtain the personal document of the Republic of Kosovo, which was then equipped with identification. However, after verification by officials, no basic registration material has been found, as well as after verification of electronic systems, parents of the same has not been found.

At the end of this act, the Civil Status Office, at the Directorate of Administration in Fushë Kosovo, is said to have decided to annul this census.

Therefore, the high-ranking defendant is accused of committing criminal work “Falsification of the official document”, by Article 434 par.1 of KPRK
