Kosovo police say that immediately after publishing these information, by the date 08.03.23, they have undertaken all immediate acts of legal authorisation with the aim of verifying and tackling published information and statements, which have proved there is no reported case or recorded in competent institutions.
“Based on official information and verification with all police units on the ground, including the border, has proved that such a case was not reported to the Kosovo Police, information which has been revealed to mainly Serbian media”.
Statements and publications in question, according to the competence, Kosovo Police say they have addressed them to the Kosovo Police Inspectorate for further treatment and competence.
Kosovo's “Police remain committed to carrying out legal duties and authorisations, in the interest of maintaining order and public security, and providing security to all citizens indiscriminately, and simultaneously invites all citizens who, in any case or request, address the police institution for their treatment.
