Hot for the dead: Internationals must condition Serbia to open archives

“International factors should condition Serbia to open its archives, classified archives of Serbia, state orders, ask for what it did through the police and its army, to lead us to accurate information in whitewashing the fate of the undiscovered”, so it has declared the head of the Government Commission for Extinction, Andy [...]
The head of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Andy Hoti, has asked international actors to condition Serbia to open the archives, in the possibility that Kosovo will be able to get accurate information in whitewashing the fate of the undiscovered.
At RTV Dukagjini, Hoti has said he has insisted that on the issue of missing persons there be a special provision on the annex of the Base Agreement, between Kosovo and Serbia agreed on in Ohrid.
On February 27th at the meeting in Brussels, the issue of missing persons has been in Article 6, it has been my insistence on having time terms on annexes and having a particular article on the fate of the found. Serbia has flatly rejected deadlines, I don't trust Serbia, I have enough reason not to trust Serbia”, Hoti has said.
He has said Article 6 says that a joint committee will be formed and monitored by the EU, to clarify the fate of the found, and that the last article says that failure to implement this annex will be punished by any international factor.
The international sector must condition Serbia to open its archives, Serbia's classified archives, state orders, search what it has done through the police and its army, to get us to accurate information in whitewashing the fate of the undiscovered”, Hoti has continued.
