Havenier: If agreement is reached in Ohrid, conditions can be created for parties to participate in April 23rd elections

We have found that in the event of a deal, the risks of these checkpoints and their amount could be reduced but also the consequences. So our focus on Ohrid will be agreement, and if achieved then conditions can be made for all parties to participate in the April 23rd” elections, Havenier said.
