Gorani has said that Kosovo's power can be measured very easily if a scenario occurs in Kosovo.
“If they want three Serb municipalities in Kosovo, they take and place barricades. Then what do we do? We don't have the power to send a special force there or send the army and immediately remove them”, he said.
Serb municipalities can declare independence today and we don't have what we do. We are forgetting that when it comes to security, NATO is supreme in Kosovo.”, he added.
