“L'Equipe” has reported that an email has already been sent to officials by the arbitrator commission.
The FFF has reasoned by calling to the first article of their statute, where it says: “Football doesn't take into account political, religious, ideological considerations...”.
This principle reportedly applies to all those involved in football and that “belongs to all parties involved to make sure it is respected”.
Earlier, during national matches this month, France's players were asked, but not in the form of obligation, not to fast during their commitment to the national team, which was accepted by them.
