European Commission: No progress for Serbia on road to EU without normalising reports with Kosovo

According to her, negotiations on normalisation with EU mediation are an integral part of the negotiations and that “the outlook, reconciliation and economic development are the main preconditions for the accelerated progress of the Western Balkan region towards the EU”.

The parties agreed on the annex to implement the Agreement towards normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, which they agreed on February 27th in Brussels.
