The chief of the EU Office in Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog, has strongly condemned the burning of three cars with RKS license plates, saying this act is miserable and unacceptable.
“We strongly intend to burn re-registered vehicles recently on Kosovo plates north of Kosovo. The destruction of private property, which has occurred over the last two days, in order to intimidate the local population is miserable, unacceptable and must be condemned by all relevant actors”, Szunyog has written on Twitter.
Three cars with license plates burned after midnight RKS, which belonged to citizens of Serbian nationalism.
One car that was burned was on “ral Milutin” street in Zvecan, the other on “Ivo Lola Ribar” in northern Mitrovica, as well as third on the “Vlade Cetkoviq” route, as well as in North Mitrovica.
The burning of three cars comes after burning two others, as well as RKS plates, yesterday in the early hours of the morning.
So far there is no information about who caused the fire.
