The European Union's envoy for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, even during his stay in Kosovo last week, except for the heads of state, met with representatives of opposition parties.
The American emissary's visit to Serbia is taking place on the eve of the March 18th meeting between Kosovo and Serbia in Ohrid, North Macedonia.
Escobar will come to Pristina this week.
