Under preparations for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia on March 18th, US Emisari for the Balkans Gabriel Escobar met with President Aleksandar Vuciq and Prime Minister Ana Brnabiq. The US envoy will address Serbian media tomorrow and then travel to Pristina.
Escobar went to Belgrade, according to Serbian media, to see what the chances of Aleksandar Vuciq and Albin Kurti shaking hands on 18 March in Ohrid are. That or at least agree on the guide for implementation of the European plan.
While together with Escobar, even the US ambassador to Serbia, Christopher Hill, is meeting with political representatives and Serb civil society.
On Saturday, March 18th, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, will meet in Ohrid to discuss implementing the European Plan agreed on February 27th in Brussels.
