Economic Ode Leader Attends Board of Investment Forum Western Balkans Summit

This meeting will be held today in Skopje, which is chaired by the Kosovo Economic Oda.

The meeting will discuss the progress of Western Balkan businesses towards the EU common market.

The OEK delegation will also meet with representatives of Serbia's Economic Ode to discuss the obstacles Kosovo businesses have.

The chairman of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lulzim Rafuna will participate in the upcoming meeting of the Board of Investment Forum of the Western Balkans <x0nd), which is chaired by the Kosovo Economic Oda, to be held in Skopje, Northern Macedonia, on Wednesday, 29 March.

Within the framework of the FIO Board's meeting, a meeting of the WB6-EU Business Platform (Western Balkans EU) will be held, which will be discussed for the progress of Western Balkan businesses towards the EU common market.

At both these meetings, Chairman Rafuna will have words in which he will talk about FIO's role in overcoming barriers between countries and progress in the integration process towards the EU. In margins of these meetings, to be held in Skopje, the Kosovo Economic Ode delegation will meet with representatives of the Serbian Economic Ode, to discuss the obstacles Kosovo's businesses face, as well as to seek solutions in order to eliminate these obstacles.

The Western Balkan Odas Investment Forum (Balkan 6 Chambers Investment Forum) was established in 2017 as part of the Berlin Process initiative and aims to bring together Western Balkan businesses in the transformation process towards the common EU market. Kosovo's Economic Oda has taken over the rotating chairmanship of this forum in February 2023.
