This period is due to weather conditions.
Road traffic experts explain that with the rise of temperatures, winter tires make a lot of noise, wear out more, and braking is longer, while summer tires have far higher performance in braking, and their special composition allows for much lower noise levels.
We remember that all drivers, without taking into account the weather conditions, should replace corresponding tires depending on the season, otherwise following fines from Kosovo police.
