Details from police action in several municipalities raiding cars, houses and locals

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj has provided details about the police action, which is under way in several municipalities that connect to the case “Brezovica”.

“Foundation Procurory at Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, the Directorate for Investigation of Crime (DHKR) in Pristina, the Kosovo Tax Administration (ATK) and Kosovo Customs, on the basis of the ordinance issued by the Constitutional Court at Ferizaj for issuing the warrant for provisional search and selection of houses, local surveillance and auto salons, today, is implementing an action that has been flowing into the frameworks related to the <x> <3ovicovicHOC), a report reported.

Several autossallones, houses and local escorts at various locations have been checked and raided during this asceon, specifically in the town of Pristina, Ferizaj, Vushtria and Lipjan, due to suspicion of criminal acts “Fide” by Article 331 par.3 connected to par. 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, “The tax evasion” from Article 307 par.1 concerning KPRK's pars 3 and “taskary” from Article 328 par.2 of KPRK.
