Plenkov has said Croatia provides support to Kosovo at any possible forum, with particular emphasis on membership in international organisations, including the EU and the Council of Europe.
He has welcomed Kosovo's move to submit its application to the European Union and reiterated support for visa liberalisation.
As for bilateral relations, Plenkov stressed the potential for improving further economic co-operation after the recent Croatian-Kosovo business forum held in Pristina, and stressed Croatia's continued concern for the position of the Croatian community in Kosovo.
On Tuesday, Gervala has also met with Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, who has demanded that all EU countries recognise Kosovo as state.
