Association Chairman “Parents' voice”, Bajram Qerkeyni, has expressed disappointment that the unemployed are only mentioned once in the European proposal for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
In an interview for Online Economy, Qerkeyni says Prime Minister Albin Kurti did not keep his promise, which before coming to power stated that he would not dialogue with Serbia until the issue of the found.
The site says they are not against dialogue, but they want the issue of the found ones to be seriously addressed, according to international conventions. He also demands that the families of the missing be informed of what is discussed in Brussels.
The Burimore Center is trying to convey and convey every breath of the government, all those who talk about people who are found. Very few things are being learned what is happening in the talks in Brussels”.
“What we're understanding is a very great sin, is promised, is said to be the first capital, the first article, the first talks will be made for people not found. The fate of the unscathed arise all other conversations. We as family aren't about to freeze dialogue, but we're about to be a special point for missing persons and humane, that political affairs that have been envisioned at these 11 points are going on for years and years, that are political work. This must be what it is promised and how it guarantees international conventions not to violate human rights. We are being violated by human rights”, Qerkeyn said.
In the European proposal for normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, which has 11 articles, missing persons are mentioned only in one country.
“Piles agree to deepen future co-operation in the fields of economy, science and technology, transport and interconnection, relations in justice and law enforcement, mail and telecommunications, health, culture, religion, sports, environmental protection, missing persons, and other areas similar through reaching specific agreements”, says Article 6 of the agreement expected to be signed on March 18th in Ohrid.
Be careful where you put it. It's been taken to say here about mail, about what, and it's also about missing persons. This term must be removed because they are not extinct, they are “taken hostage. The international community owes us to show where Serbia is hiding, because they're satellite images”.
The target, which has not yet found the boy since the 1999 war, requires that the term “remaining” be removed and used “taken by force”.
What I've had to say to grow, and don't make it any more than 24 years old than where it is”, says Qerkini, incarnation.
The “in April takes place two years that have not been kept in promise of missing persons, nor dialogue for missing persons. Where it is, whether it's the international fault or the state itself, or the people who are leading the dialogue. 90 percent of us are at fault, we cannot promise anything when we are unable to do so. They have to come out and explain that they're not allowing internationals to whitewash undiscovered fate. Where's the point, where's the essence, why aren't they getting out?
We need negotiations, it's not Milosevic... to talk to them and not ask for help from the international community. This is for me neglect, ignorance or in a way people who don't have human feelings”, says Qerkey. / EO/
