Kosovo's Cadastral Agency reports that with the proposal of the MMPHI Deforestation Department, the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has adopted the Final Decision No.19/67 with the date of 09.03.2022 for public interest in the real estate of owners, which are part of the project to build the KSF's main training range.
“Poligion included the Cadastral areas: Boca's father, Boka Shisman, Popoc, Ponosec, Cherret and Deva of the Gjakova municipality. The entire 407 parcels are included. The government has also adopted the Final Decision No.17/89 proposal with the proposal of the Department of Exploration on 20.07.2022 for public interest in the owners' real estate, which is located within the former “The Gjakova”Aport for the need to realise infrastructure projects of the Cadastral Protection Ministry: Bec, Trakanic and Janosh of the Gjakova municipality”, the announcement said.
In order to speed up procedures, the expropriation surplus for this location has been worked by the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and 24 parcels are included.
“All expropriated properties have been delivered on behalf of the Republic of Kosovo, and with this action the way has been opened for the realisation of strategic projects of the Ministry of Defence, respectively, the Kosovo Security Force”, said in the AKK communiqué.
