Berisha: I'm sorry if the president of the Constitution comes down, we've been aiming for this.

Former Kosovo Parliament President Veton Berisha has spoken about the first two years he had filed a complaint with Albert Kinoll.

Berisha says their complaint to the Constitution after being convinced that there have been orchestrating votes from the Serbian List to garner as many MPs as possible from other parties representing non-Serb minorities.

Berisha has said candidate Fadil Gashi for a week of political engagement had received 5 thousand votes, votes from Serb majority-run regions.

There's been two years since we started a process in the Constitutional. Our complaint was a continuation of the reactions, which argued there was a vote orchestration. This violated democracy. There was a vote orchestration. For a week of engagement this party had received 5,000 votes. And the votes were taken in areas where there was no Roma minority”, Veton Berisha said in T7.

He has indicated that they have made complaints in both the PZAP and the Supreme, but says that even though the case has been the same as Adriana Hodzic, the decision on their complaint has been different.

We have complained to PZAP and the Supreme. Two standards have been made. Unlike Ardiana Hodzic and different for us”, Berisha has said.

Berisha has said they have disputed several municipalities, citing Gracanica. In this municipality, Fadil Gashi says he had received 1800 votes, even though some 500 people from the non-Serb minority live.
