2500 euros is the value of the damages a bear caused to beekeeper Ilmi Metolli of the Pristina municipality of Marec, who ate the honey of bees and then broke 15 hives.
The beekeeper from this mountainous village of the capital complained that the bear has also damaged hydrophorus and planted trees.
While the director of agriculture in the Pristina municipality, Plator Gerdovci, told Kosovo that this institution has no fund for damages compensation, so Metolli has decided in the coming days to seek help from other relevant institutions, AUVK of the Ministry of Agriculture.
