The World Bank's latest report, “Grate, Business and Law 2023”, has released Kosovo in the world as far as legal infrastructure enables gender equality is concerned.
91.9% is the percentage given to Kosovo based on equality between men and women.

The report is based on the measurement of eight components: mobility, workplaces, wages, marriages, parenting, entrepreneurship, assets, and pensions.
Kosovo meets 100 percent of the criteria except for parenting, estimated at 60 percent and pensions 75 percent, reports Express.

The World Bank's definition of parenting says “examines women's working laws after the birth of children”, while pensions are said to be assessing the pension size laws of a woman”.

In the Western Balkans only Serbia stands better than Kosovo for only two positions higher, meanwhile Albania is a post-Kosovo position.
By Report The highest legal equality rate is 100 percent of countries such as Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Meanwhile, more than bad are Iran, Qatar, Sudan, Yemen and Gaza.

The report cites women's importance in economic and social development and suggests further reform in the legal sphere for gender equality.
