Did Astri's samples find them?

Institutions have chosen to remain silent over reports that part of Astrit Dehar samples have been found. Their disappearance had been announced by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu at an extraordinary news conference on December 8th last year. Now the same is being declared whether they were found or not. The death of Vetevendosje Movement activist Astrit Dehar at the Prizren detention centre continues to remain among the most mysterious cases. This case has not yet become white in six years, and it has even been complicated by the disappearance of its samples from the Toxicology lab, which operates within the framework of the Law Medicine Institute.
The disappearance of Dehar samples was addressed by Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu at an extraordinary news conference on December 8, 2021.
At that conference, Haxhiu had declared that in that area of the IML where samples were stored only three people had access. It has pledged that the authors who removed samples from the IML laboratory will be found and that the case will be cleared.
There were 15 testes of blood, 1 test of urine and 1 test of glucose. These two episodes have given the Swiss Institute and to a DNA police. Currently, according to information, there are 12 testes of blood, 1 of urine and 1 of the opposites. Only 3 people have access to the test site, so only 3 people have the keys to their samples”, Haxhiu said.
But now the same is silent over media reports that part of these samples have been found. On Friday night, two mediamen reported calling into sources within the IML, that they are stomach and urine samples.
According to these reports, samples were found in the IML facility and returned where they were earlier.
For this case, it has refused to be declared Special Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj as well.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti has agreed to speak whether the samples were found or not.
He said the answer should be given to the Justice Ministry.
Believe me, the Ministry of Justice must give the appropriate answer to this”, Kurti said briefly.
Jamie Dehari: Astri's samples were owned by prosecutor Africa Shefkiu
Asstrit's mother, Jamie Dehari, has been running charges towards the prosecutor in the case, Africa Shefkiu.
According to her, the samples had Shefkiu himself.
And why are you calling us, calling Africa Shefrykiun, he's got them, he's got 'em, he's got 'em, he's got 'em, he's got 'em. We don't even have a hp or a dog. He's got them behind him.
“You clearly know who entered the refrigerator and disappeared samples”
The Special Prosecutor has declared on February 15th that there is still no suspect in the case of the extinction of samples.
But the following day, Vetevendosje Movement MP Hakki Abazi went to the conference and said it is clear who entered the refrigerator and unearthed the samples, citing a few videos-incipulations.
“The IML is monitored 24 hours by cameras it is clear who entered the refrigerator and released samples that were placed under other samples and disappeared”, Abazi said.
He requested that Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Minister Albulen Hadziu, Dejona Mihali, Nazlie Balaj and Flora Bogaj Bajrami be interviewed for the occasion.
For these statements, the Special Prosecutor invited Abbas to interview him.
After the interview, Abazi appeared in front of reporters but spoke a lot. He didn't even show if he delivered any evidence on the case.
As I received an invitation from the prosecution, I responded. The prosecution has raised its own questions, has been extremely correct in the interrogation process as a witness. All other parts are absolutely part of the D.A., just as I made the statement in the lobby of the Parliament. It is a matter of prosecution to deal with this case and execute justice”, the VV deputy said.
Abbas ' statements had been commented on by Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
“They are not true and are not correct. Our justice minister has responded. LVV is the largest and most democratic subject. I cannot take responsibility for someone's public word”, Kurti said.
The Ministry of Justice had been declared on Abaz's charges that day.
Of the MD had said it was “the MP's tendency to misuse this case for low purposes”.
“As soon as we have been notified about such statements, we have announced the chief state prosecutor. This case is very sensitive as it does the attention of public opinion. Minister Haxhiu has given her testimony to justice institutions. The next witness is MP Ahaz. He has the legal responsibility to speak of each claim. May he not try to hide behind the MP's immunity. We consider his tendency to misuse this case for low purposes” unacceptable, the Justice Ministry's response said.
When was Dehar's samples last seen?
Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Sa Godi had raised doubts that samples may have disappeared before December.
Saqu said the last time Dehar's testes were seen was October 8th of 2021.
The lab contains over 2 thousand samples/expruves of certain people. All is in a guarded place. Now those testicles, the moment tests are done, they're stored the same thing, when there's been an Astrit Dehar analysis in October 2021, they're archives, so they've been tested, like other people. Then we're reporting on December 7th, 2022 from the director who lost the samples... because they've been carried by that refrigerator in the new fridge that was bought and that's where it's seen missing. It may have been that the same day they lost, I didn't rule out this possibility, but the last time, according to the information we have, the last time the Astrit Dehari test was seen, it's October 8, 2021, that's exactly when they were looked at by the responsible people of the body, said Sallah.
Suspensed to eliminate samples returned to work.
For this occasion, the Ministry of Justice had suspended four officials from the Law Medicine Institute. Those suspended were Nardi Sugargiu, forensic toxicologist, Goga butterfly, leader of the Toxicology Laboratory, Anila Lakna, technical of the Toxicology Laboratory and Ilirjana Shala, chemist at the Institute.
The same have returned to work, with an Ankes Commission decision within the IML.
While resigning, IML Deputy Director Naim Uka resigned.
I have given up moral and irrevocable resignations from the Zv position. Director of the IML” had declared Uka.
