The Reds have closed the preparations last night for the first match of these eliminations, to be held tonight in Warsaw against Poland.
The red delegation traveled to Polish land yesterday, arriving at noon to accommodate the hotel immediately.
After a break, the team has turned to the PGE Naradowy game stadium and initially coach Silvio Mendes Campos Junior has appeared at the official press conference together with striker Sokol Cikollesh and later the team has landed in the field.
“We are ready for the match with Poland. After two and a half months of work, to get to know all Albanian players, we're practically talking about 70 staff-monitored players, we've seen 240 matches and picked 23 for this first qualifying match. We know it's a tough fight, but it's gonna be played, it's 90 minutes to play. They're strong, but we're happy with all the work and the atmosphere we've begun to create with them. We've got a chance all the time, but it's easier all of us to do it”, the Brazilian coach said first.
I'm convinced tomorrow will be a very beautiful fight and the field will be the best. What happened to Poland is normal, it comes into this group as favorite but I don't draw conclusions after what happened to Czechia. We need to get down to the area of the focused game, play hard and do our best to do the tasks we've been working on this week”, add Silvio, who then stopped at the atmosphere on the team.
And this is very important in football. I've been working six days and I'm very pleased with the footballers' engagement. Football is beautiful, but I'm not afraid. Poland is very strong and comes as the main favourite. It's very important that we go to the playing field and show something different. Apart from the technical-tax side, we should also expose the red spirit, as another point is very important in our journey.
The FSHF Department of Communication suggests that all 23 players gathered have travelled with the team and trained normally in a multiload-free session yesterday and more focused on ball exercises and impressions of various game situations.
Thomas Strakosha, Myrto Uzun and Armir Abrashi, who has crossed the flual state and is also willing to play this premiere of the edition.
The technical staff has been constantly working on details to prepare the team for each situation, the Albanian Football Federation reports.
The whole group has appeared packed, enjoying the expectations of technical staff in the direction of the sting and the desire to give the maximum at this very important match for the National targets.
Also, a considerable number of Albanian fans will be present at the Warsaw Stadium to support the Reds on this new journey.
The match between Poland and Albania will begin at 20:45.
