According to the communiqué issued by the Constitutional Court, if Ademi does not respect domestic arrest, this measure will be replaced by detention.
The Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the House Arrest's move to the defendant A.M. has approved and the same has assigned the measure of the House Arrest in length of 1 (a) month. In the event of disrespect of this move, defendants A.A. will be replaced by the detention measure”, the communique said among other things.
Ademi was sent to the holding for 48 hours yesterday, but he's been lying in hospital since yesterday, conducting tests and medical examinations.
Agim Ademi was arrested yesterday under suspicion of actions “Avoid taxing”.
Today, the police report said that Ademi was suspected of misuse of the Football Federation budget.
