According to him, even though they have applied yet there is no response from Kosovo institutions on the issue.
Abraham suggested that most municipalities are affected by this problem. He suggested that the Pristina municipality has been affected by 29m euros, but other municipalities are also affected.
According to him, this is a problem that will bring much trouble to many different projects.
“There are projects that are also approved by municipal assemblies, but they cannot be implemented”, he stressed.
