432 public officials have declared property, right when application for other categories is opened

So far, the property has been declared by 432 public officials.

That's how they let Front Online know in a written answer from the AKK.

From this institution, they have indicated that the legal obligation for property statements has 4700 officials.

“432, or about 9% of the declarative subjects bound for regular statements have already declared property to the functioning electronic system. About 4700 public officials are charged with regular property statements”, said their response.

From the Anti-Corruption Agency, several categories have also been announced to have increased for property statements.

No declaration of property by officials, according to the AKK, is deemed a criminal offense.

“Do not utter or root declaration of property is sanctioned as a criminal offence with the Kosovo penal code”, the AKK has said.
