Today, they remember the martyrs and martyrs of Scytheright neighborhoods fallen on March 20, 1999.
Following the withdrawal of international observers of the OSCE mission, Serb criminals dressed in white clothes and black masks had started in Skenderaj the plunder and torture of citizens, later separating men from women who were sent to the pines and there executed.
Eight Albanians were taken from their homes that day by Serb forces and killed in a country known as Te Pisha.
The same day in Skenderaj, 29 other Albanian civilians were killed or disappeared without a trace.
