Over 17m euros in water bills from northern Kosovo

Serbian citizens of northern municipalities, except for the current, don't pay for other public services either. For years they have paid no cents for the water they consume.
The northern Mitrovica municipality and Zvecan owe over 17m euros to the Regional Water Company in Mitrovica.
In a written response to RTK, KRU Mitrovica has indicated that about 20% of the production goes to these two northern municipalities, whose residents have not paid for the service since 2000.
