VVA MP: We are willing to apply 32 agreements, except for the Association

He has also cited the positions of the Government and the Presidency as regards the Association of Serb-run municipalities.

He has argued the stance against association, saying Kosovo is a multiethnic state.

The stances of the self-determination movement are clear as far as association is concerned. It does not allow the Constitution because it recognises Kosovo as a multiethnic state and affirmations that are creating new ones that violate constitutionality of course that we will not accept. Discussions are good that revenue, while those that even state bodies are informed about are also informed about, but state positions so the state bodies of the Government and the Presidency and parliamentary majority are clear as to the Association”, he said.

Batusha has said the government is ready to implement 32 other agreements, besides Association. He has said Serbia is blocking in implementing agreements reached between Kosovo and Serbia.

There are 33 agreements, as well as 32 that we are willing to implement. In this agreement there is a constitutional court ruling, a Constitutional interpretation of this agreement that was made in 2012 and why only one agreement is implemented or portrayed when there are 32 others which we are willing of Serbia to block so there must be selective access so there must be balance in discussions and not add to the demand of Kosovo and Serbia not to ask for anything<1>, he said.
