Fyza has said that the event between February 3rd and February 4th 2000 established the line of subsequent events in Mitrovica. That event, Fyza added, has direct consequences with what happened at the end of last year in the north.
The names of horror “is the name of night events between February 3rd and 4th 2000 north of Ibri in Mitrovica. Members of the Serbian paramilitary formation known as the bridge's guards killed 10 Albanians, among them children, women and elderly people. Many others wounded and expelled more than 11,000 Albanians from their homes. On that night, eight months after the end of the war in this part of Mitrovica in the evening hours of segments instrumentalised as bridge guards had turned out to protest until they had actually begun attacking Albanians with weapons and grenades”, Fyza said.
Fyza has stressed that the killings were then not random and that directly charged was the Serbian government. Meanwhile, she has mentioned by names Serbs involved as she sought justice to reveal others who participated in the crime.
“The performers by eyewitnesses were: Dragan Delevasic, Oliver Ivanovic, Milorad Rakiq, Pagi Joviq, Zoran Dediq, Rela Mrinovic, Zoran Kostic, Sasa Savic, Ivan Mantic, Dragan Shillkoviq, Dusko Shilkoviq, and many others, whose names justice should reveal”, has stressed Feza.
After reading her speech, Fyza has been applauded, as media reports, even by opposition deputies.
