Visar Umer: Kurt is knowingly deceiving, the Franco-German plan is the product of his negotiation.

Former Vetevendosje Chairman Visar Ymer, now in the quality of the political analyst, has said Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti is knowingly cheating.

Ymer has said the Franco-German plan is the product of Kurt's negotiation.
