The video recording of Dehar's samples disappearing is in the hands of the Prosecutor, and the investigation took two days after the case was published.

The newspaper Insander learns that the investigation by Special Prosecutor's orders, two days after the news was made public, has received footage from cameras inside the Toxylogy Laboratory at the Law Medicine Institute. These images are evidence of what happened to the missing samples from the lab refrigerator. Such a warning had been issued by VV's deputy Haki Abazi questioning that the images confirm who eliminated Astrit Dehar samples from the IML.

Gazeta sources within the IML) show that images from security cameras are stored for up to a month and a half. As regards the disappearance of Astrit Dehar's samples, the images are preserved and in the hands of the Special Prosecutor.

On December 8, 2022 Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has indicated that evidence has disappeared in the case of Astrit Dehari's death.
