In Berlin, Germany, on Saturday, February 11th, a protest will be held against the founding of the Serb majority municipalities' Association.

In calling on activists, it has been said that “the goal of the protest is that the sensationalisation of opinion for the risk posed by the founding of one-ethnic enclaves (Serbian) the foundation of even one Republika Srpska, for Kosovo and the entire region” respectively.

Meanwhile, even in Pristina, on February 15th it will protest the formation of Association by Pristina University students.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has set six conditions for establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
One of the conditions is that “Association should be in line with the Constitution and the laws in force in the Republic of Kosovo”.
And these conditions of the head of the Kosovo executive, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, have been named “for”, stressing that Kurti “does not want to form the Asociation”.
Kurti, at Thursday's session in the Kosovo Assembly, has underlined Kosovo's commitment as soon as final agreement is reached about the EU proposal, supported by France and Germany.
He has shown the circumstances in which the Association of Serb-run municipalities would be implemented.
-The association is in accordance with the Constitution and the laws in power in the Republic of Kosovo.
-The association cannot be monoethnic, it must change its name, there can be no public or executive power, it should only serve horizontal co-operation of municipalities, according to the constitution.
- National minority rights should include the principle of reciprocity between the two states, as well as take into account European standards and models.
Before the association is established, the illegal structures in the north are wiped out and delivered to all illegal weapons.
-The association is part of the final agreement and applies after mutual recognition and only after Serbia has accepted the principles of the UN charter in its Interstate reports with Kosovo.
