Goncharenko had also begun a petition for recognising Kosovo's independence in Ukraine.
A hopeful statement on the issue today has made the Ukrainian ambassador to Tirana, who from Korca said that once they win the war with Russia, recognition of Kosovo's independence will be the second step.
