He said Ukraine is still on track to recognise Kosovo's independence, but that it will do everything it can to make it possible.

You have a wonderful place and wonderful people! Ukraine is still on its way to recognising Kosovo's independence, but I am doing everything in my power to get this moment”, he wrote on Twitter.

Goncharenko had also begun a petition for recognising Kosovo's independence in Ukraine.

A hopeful statement on the issue today has made the Ukrainian ambassador to Tirana, who from Korca said that once they win the war with Russia, recognition of Kosovo's independence will be the second step.

Voldymyr Schukrov said that today Ukraine is in the fire of war, so first they must win this war later they will see other issues.
