Trial sessions postponed in the Palace of Justice, due to low temperatures

The prevailing low empsies and the failure to function heat in the Palace of Justice have prompted some court hearings to be postponed during this week. The same situation can be repeated again after the functioning of heating in the facility -- the headquarters of most courts of the Republic of Kosovo -- does not appear near. A few days ago [...]
A few days ago, the hearing has also been postponed in the case known as “53 million, ”, which includes former Prime Minister Paul Lekaj, precisely because of the cold in Pristina Foundation Court Hall.
The lawyer involved in this case, Musa Damatti, scandalously calls the lack of heat in the facility, where citizens expect to receive justice.
According to him, not only has the <x0...53 million session of” where he defends Lekaine, but also other sessions.
“Scandalous an object that has cost Kosovo's budget no less than 30m euros, building the Palace of Justice, has basic problems, essentials in the functioning of heating and important sessions like that of the nearby Xharba Xhaferi) highway which has had to be postponed due to low temperatures in the courtroom, but other cases of truth this is a situation that disproportionates the inconsistent state of the infrastructure of the Palace of Justice and the mechanisms dealing with the rule of law, he says.
The Constitutional Court Administration Association in Pristina says the lack of heating at the Palace of Justice is causing trouble in the overall work.
The chairman of this union society, Naim Rrustemi, says that as a result of the cold, they are being forced to warm themselves. He points out that especially in the early hours of the morning when work begins, there is greater trouble.
The main curriculum is now cold, this object has no heat, it doesn't work or the system is defective, or they can't maintain it, a problem is. We're really having trouble working, in the offices somehow we can do it because they're getting little alternative training for each other, but what to say about the courtroom and there's a lot of parties in the procedure and they come in early morning and that temperature minus it really is a problem to keep those hearings... However, we are making constant efforts to get the job done properly, even though I can honestly tell you a few sessions these days just been delayed because of poor working conditions”, says Rrustemi.
Chief Unionist Rrustemi points out that they have repeatedly filed demands that this situation be adjusted.
He adds that the building's heating issue will be regulated by the answers they have received.
We've never stopped our hierarchy as well, but the Secretariat and the KRC, the reasoning about us is that we've followed all our concerns and demands to the Ministry of Internal Affairs which is competent to keep this object and the words come that maybe these two months will become the solution... The ventilation system has major defects and is missing some equipment on the grounds that a” solution will be made within these months, he says.
Protests and strikes are not that they have not been discussed as the association, even Chairman Rrustemi warns such syndical actions if they are not given a solution.
And we're going to have that solution in mind just last week we're going to have to do something concrete because it's not possible to be beaten... we're going to announce both our hierarchy and the ministry and we're going to give you deadlines based on the Law on Strikes and Protests, of course we don't want to do that, but if you continue with temperatures even the lower days ahead, we're going to certainly do something, he says.
Regarding the failure to function heating at the Palace of Justice from competent authorities to publishing the text has not been responded.
We remember that even during the summer months the object of the Palace of Justice had been in trouble with the lack of oxygen and climateization. And as a result of this created situation, it started opening windows in this facility that had never been allowed before.
