Minister Hajrula Ceku has said the FFK has changed the statute, but has hinted it has not yet handed it over to the MKRS.
He has also spoken about the Commission's request for the Association of Sports License for the suspension of Agim Ademi from FFK's post because it is under trial for criminal action and which conflicts with FIFA's disciplinary code.
He has stressed that the process is not about Agim Ademi, but about the federation's license.
“NGK is in the process of licensing. He brought the first papers for the application. We've been returning our comments to them now. They've got to bring in one more complete. They brought some. The new statue that was approved a few days ago has not yet been brought, or perhaps it has been brought in for the days to consider. So it's standard criteria based on administrative guidance. The dismissal of Agim Ademi is the interpretation the commission has made, because there is a court procedure against Agim Ademi and our commission has made an interpretation of a article of FIFA's ethical code, in which if someone is in judicial procedure with an indictment set up for criminal work he cannot post leadership position in the institution, but in the end it is his federation to make these changes and bring the documents to the ministry for the license, and that does not differ from the other gendarmes, Ceku said in Ceku.
