The Judicial Chamber has decided that in the case against accused Peter Shala, the prosecution procedures and criminal procedures will be conducted simultaneously.
A similar decision, the Judicial Chamber made on February 9. Also, in this case it was decided that in case of conviction, the Judicial Chamber will not refer victims to civilian lawsuits in Kosovo courts, writes rtclites.
All of this in line with Article 22л9 of the Law and Rule of 167 of the Order, but it will also issue an order for damages, in accordance with Article 2250) and 44506 of the Law.
Consequently, the Judicial Chamber in this case will follow the same procedures as in Salih Mustafa's case.
