The Prizren Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Victor Mehmeti, has confirmed this information for Gazeta Express.
The “Rasti has already passed into the competence of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK). So, for other information on the case, please report to this prosecutor”, spokeswoman Mehmeti said.
The Constitutional Court in Prizren has continued detention for another month, Dibran Hoxhaj, known as Cobra and five other people suspected of involvement in the 31-year-old assassination in Prizren.
The detention measure for them will continue until March 3rd, 2023.
Dibran Hoxhaj is suspected of criminal acts of serious murder; possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons; and evidence manipulation.
While suspects A.V., B.M., J.B., K:G., and E.A., they are suspected of criminal acts; Test Manipulation and beating participation.
In this case, several days later the R.S., suspected of participating in beatings, and trial manipulation.
