The trial chamber in the Specialised Chambers has issued the fifth ruling for the victims' participation in the case of former President Hashim Thaci and others.
This body has already accepted 84 new applicants in the procedure as participating victims.
The same will be included in the existing group of victims, (group 1 with 53 previously accepted participating victims), and will be represented by the same lawyer for victims.
This brings the total number of participating victims to 137.
Until there are 86 other requests that have been rejected.
We remember that the court, with the recommendation of defence and the consent of the prosecution, has taken a decision that the trial of former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders be launched on April 4th.
