The secretary at Serbia's Ministry of Defence, Nemanja Starovic, has said today that yesterday's meetings in Brussels have been very difficult and demanding, but that when the line is reached, nothing has been signed, but has not been rejected.
He said in Tanjug that Serbia's state delegation, led by President Aleksandar Vuciq, has managed to impose the final implementation of the 2013 Brussels Agreement as the first and most important topic -- first of all in the part of the formation of the Serb majority municipalities' association, conveys Krankosova.tv.
”Albin Kurti was certainly not willing to consider this most important subject seriously. The only thing agreed on was that in the following weeks, there will be continuation of talks in the form of ship diplomacy, and that the meeting in Brussels is planned for 18 March”.
According to him, implementation should be an integral part of any new agreement, whose zero step is the formation of the Serbian Communist Association.
He added that unlike the 2013 Brussels Agreement, the main flaw of which was that there were no clearly defined and applicable methods of implementation, another route is now being taken.
