“A number of diplomats from the states supporting the sovereignty and independence of Kosovo I've spoken to say that “6 points” are “opened in the right direction”, Selimi wrote.
He further says most of the six points are included in the French-German proposal supported by the US.
“However, time is essential, given the April” local elections, Selimi concludes.
Number of diplomas I've talked to from countries supporting such and independence of Kosovo say PM Kurtiʹs “6 points” are a “step in right direction”. Most points are already executed in the joint plan. Time is of essence though, Consulting April local election.
