Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, has asked all in attendance to keep a minute of silence for victims of Russian aggression in Ukraine.
However, until the moment of silence was held, the Russian ambassador, Nebenzya, demanded the word saying they seek a minute of silence for all victims of what has happened in Ukraine since 2014.
After the intervention, the silence continued.
