Root of the mysterious “balons”, U.S.A.: They may have been used for commercial or scientific purposes

The United States currently has no “evidence” that the three recently crashed flying objects in North America were of Chinese origin or were being used for spying purposes, said a White House spokesman. The three “targets” may have been” commercial, scientific, or peaceful”, said John Kirby, [...] spokesman.
The three “targets” may have been” commercial, scientific, or peaceful”, said John Kirby, spokesman for the National Security Council, but clarified that they must be analysed first to answer with certainty.
Kirby was not referring to the first balloon down on February 4th in the Atlantic Ocean, which Washington insists was used by China for spying purposes.
The spokesman noted that no one has yet taken three objects, and because of poor weather conditions it is difficult to find and recover their ruins.
From Brussels, where it is located for the NATO summit, US General Mark Milley confirmed that the first of two missiles released Sunday by an F-16 against one of those facilities on Lake Huron lost and fell into the water.
“We are looking for it until we find it,” he told reporters.
Reuters reported Monday that one of the missiles had detonated incorrectly.
