Revolutionary storms hit Brazilian coasts, dozens dead

Authorities in the Brazilian state of São Paulo report that at least 36 people have passed away from large floods and landslides, forcing some cities to cancel annual carnival celebrations.

Rescue teams have struggled to save survivors and unlock roads.
