The prestigious “media --Reuters” -- has reported on the decoordination of Kosovo and Serbia for normalising relations.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, met on Monday afternoon, where they discussed the Franco-German plan.

The media quoted European Union Foreign Policy and Security chief Josep Borrell, who has said that “no further discussion is needed for the German franc plan”.

Now its issue has remained form and implementation, and for this dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia will continue.

Another high-level meeting between Kosovo and Serbia in northern Macedonia has been envisioned for March.

Reuters has quoted Prime Minister Kurti, who has said that “was willing to sign, but Serbia has rejected”.

Meanwhile, Vuciq was quoted as saying that “tation has been very difficult”.

Meanwhile, Gabriel Escobar, the American representative for the Western Balkans, has declared that “still needs a lot of work”.

This article also mentions the Association of Serb Majority municipalities as a problem, since the Constitutional Court has found violations of the Association agreements in 2013 and 2015.
