1. Following approval by the Kosovo Government of Multi-Medal Strategy in Transport, proceed with the adoption of necessary legal acts to support road safety as part of this strategy.

2. The country's government to establish the road safety agency and devote itself to opening up stable co-operation opportunities with country-wide and field institutions.

3. The encouragement and necessity of introducing new technologies to make the movement of citizens more suitable, especially in urban environments.

4. The creation of new spaces destined for walking, cycling and the motivation of citizens for using alternative transportation and public transportation directly affecting not only the reduction of accidents but also the improvement of quality of life.

5. Developing concept “SMART CYTY” and wise transport application, as well as expanding investment in human resources.

6. Road safety assessment is also the inevitable process for the road network in Kosovo, beginning with the stage of design, construction and continuing with periodic supervision of the road network so that the number of road accidents can be kept to a minimum. It is required by the Government of Kosovo “to accelerate procedures for drafting national legislation based on international directives for road safety management and pledge co-operation in providing the funds dedicated to that end.

7. To intensify institutional co-operation with I RU Academy head to Geneva to further promote the professional development of drivers in road transport to the country.

8. More importantly, the skills of drivers of basic categories and professional categories are dedicated to harmonisation and recognition of these training at the regional and international level as an important condition for EU integration.

9. To raise responsibility at the candidate test centres for a driver's license due to the fact that about 30% of accidents in the country are accidents themselves and mainly are involved in youth age. Education of this issue is of urgent nature because it has to do directly with saving the lives of the citizens of the country.

10. To study in detail the leading causers and other contributors to all road traffic accidents because this would be a tangible impact on effective road safety.

11. Working on improving the quality of road accidents data, as well as modernising the equipment for regulation, monitoring, inspection, identification and evidence of counter-invention in road traffic, as well as digitalising the system and connecting it with other institutions.

Twelve. To intensify co-operation in enriching and refresh permanent for “the risk map from accidents”, initially between the Kosovo Police and the Kosovar Security Bureau (BKS), extending the co-operation network even with relevant ministries, municipalities and other partner institutions.

13. Start early “Star Rating” of the streets where schools are located in the country, especially of roads found at the entrance to schools. The Kosovar Motorisation Association AMRKS has been licensed by the European Euro Street Rating Programme RA i RA, as national leader for extending this programme to the country and the region. Accesses to pre-school and pre-school facilities should be provided to avoid danger during the children's movement. Most pre-school and school institutions (especially urban areas) face these infrastructure problems!

14. The activities, launched in 2013 as a joint effort between AugustI, the Kosovo Police, the municipalities, the AMRKS, the Kosovo Road Safety Forum and other institutions, should continue and expand with students through all educational levels in all schools in the country, under the national project “Street safety”.

15. School Equipment ( SHFMUs with traffic cabinets (building and marking) of polygons in school facilities that would be in the function of training students to learn bicycle direction. AMRKS and the Temple Academy have relevant agreements signed with the ministries in charge of these issues, such as August, MMPHI and MPB, but political will is needed for their implementation.

16. Co-operation with schools within career clubs would enable training, the assessment of students' achievement in the theoretical and practical part, and successful students would be equipped with confirmations for riding bicycles, handling institutions (achieving a comprehensive agreement) for providing the fund for development of road security activities, promotion, education, research, training, racing, consulting services, theoretical and practical testing, brochures, catalogs, brochures, workshops, learning and otherwise. Establishing this symbolic payment fund from the payment of mandatory insurance officers from road taxes for vehicle registration, for example. The 1100-euro fee in this fund will be dedicated to the national project “Street safety”.
