Federico Valverde scored to double the advantage five minutes later.
Al-Hilal showed signs of life, narrowing the advantage in the 26th minute through Maregas.
With the score of 2:1, the first leg of the final was closed.
Benzema restored the advantage of two goals for the Madrillians in the 54th minute, before Valverde scored four minutes later for 4:1.
Al-Hilal scored another goal for 4:2, when Vietto realised in the 63rd minute.
Winnitius Junior scored the fifth goal for Real Madrid and the second personal in the 69th minute of the meeting.
Al-Hilal did not give up and continued to fight by narrowing to 5:3 when Vietto realised in the 79th minute.
But then the match did not produce goals, and Real Madrid won first title this year.
