Nenad Rassic, minister for Kthim and Community in the Government of Kosovo, has said Serbs in the north are informed only by Serbian state television, without any second source of information.
There's no opposition media in Zvecan, there's TV Pink 24 hours a day. You can go and see that most people in the southern area, there is more information, yet in the north there is no second source of information, except for that Serbian state”- he said.
According to Rasic, Serbs from the northern part have more pressure from the Serbian List.
“Pressure Methods, radical measures against Serbs, are more extreme than in the southern part, the influence of the Serbian List is smaller than in the southern side” he said.

European Union High Representative Josep Borrell has stated that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq have agreed to the EU proposal, adding that there is no need for further discussions.
Borrell on the other side cited the end of March as a time when work can be fully finalised.
