(3 years ago)Nenad Rassic, minister in the Government of Kosovo, has said in an interview for N1, that according to strong diplomatic activities, the impression is that Serbia and Kosovo have very little space to say <x0jo” for continuing negotiations on normalisation of relations, as well as that “some kind of agreement” will be reached soon. “
In the question of whether it would be a good solution for Serbs to recognise Kosovo and allow Kosovo's membership in the UN, Rassic has given no concrete answers.

Kosovo's “institutions exist and function no matter Belgrade's actions... I don't believe that Serbia will ever recognise Kosovo, I don't think this will become a jurede, nor will Vuciqi, but certainly the functionality of the field is different. EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell said there is a possibility that after weeks there will be a meeting between Vuciqi and Kurti. Asked if there is information from Pristina that could happen, Rassic says:
I'm sure, according to these circumstances that are gently imposed, that both sides will be willing to continue this process of dialogue, because the risk is great... I haven't seen that Plan, Kurt told me he promised I won't share, that it remains a secret, but it's certain that both sides have very little room to say "no" to the warned negotiations.
