Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama and government cabinet ministers have been welcomed with honours and state ceremonies in Podgorica under the joint meeting between the Government of Albania and the Government of Montenegro.
An 11 agreements are expected to be signed at this meeting.
One of the key agreements is the one for the opening of the common border point of St. Nicholas Pulaj, on Albania's territory, as well as agreement on the fields of maintenance and joint fishing management at Shkodra Lake and the Buna River.
