He said the Kiev regime has sent weapons and weapons to attack Donbas in 2014, and the “continued to bomb terror”.
“They started the war and we used the force to stop it”, Putin said.
He added that Russia wants “to protect people and their homes” and accused the West of wanting “an infinite” power.
“They spent $150 billion in military support of the Kiev regime”, he said.
Western “Elites are not hiding their intentions... they are trying to spur a strategic defeat on Russia”, the Russian president added.
Many Western states have imposed serious sanctions on Russia and its oligarchs dealing with Russia's war. /Periscopi/
