Former chief negotiator, Edita Tahiri, has warned that establishing the Association of Serb-based municipalities could lead to changing borders in the Balkans.
It through a Facebook post has said that if internationals insist on Association with Executive Competability, then the same should be given to all minorities in the Balkans.
And if that happens, according to Tahiri, there will be a change of borders in the Balkans.
After my argument with Berlin and Washington at the time when I was chief negotiator in the Brussels dialogue, the pressures of the international factor for executive competence for association were halted, which resulted in the non-desirative association agreement in 2015<18x1>, she wrote.

ASOCIATION CAN HAPPEN IN THE FOOOD DIFFERENT WRITER IN BALLKAN!
It is not only the Serb minority in Kosovo, but in all Balkan states there are ethnic minorities. So it takes a unique plan with unique standards for all minorities to be given association. If the international factor insists on association with executive competency for the Serb minority, then it should be given to all minorities in the Balkans, while Albanians in Macedonia are entitled to federal status because they are half the population there. If all minorities are made with ethnic executive competencies, then get ready for changing borders in the Balkans, we Kosovo is not against us because we realise the national union, as will other nations divided in the Balkans. After this argument with Berlin and Washington at the time I was chief negotiator in the Brussels dialogue, international pressures for executive competency for association were halted, resulting in the association's unadvised agreement for 2015.
